Does tracking permanently track my location?
No, tracking does not track your location permanently. It is only activated when you use the application or the activity tracking function. Your privacy and the protection of your data are our priority.
My tracking doesn’t seem to be working properly! Why?
Several factors can affect tracking accuracy. Here are a few possible reasons why:
GPS signal issues : Weak GPS reception due to obstacles, thick cloud or poor reception in certain areas can affect tracking accuracy.
Confidentiality settings : If the application’s confidentiality settings limit location access, it may affect tracking accuracy.
Calibration errors : Errors at the time of the application’s initial calibration, or errors in the mapping data may lead to incorrection tracking information.
The 'Power Saving' mode : This mode may prevent tracking of your performance. We recommend not activating the 'Power Saving' mode to ensure you don't lose tracking during your ski day.
